Mission
The Landscaping Committee is established for the purpose of reviewing all common areas within the Districts, and to further make recommendations regarding the care and maintenance of the common areas within the Districts.

The focus for 2023 will be:
For Spring 2023:
- Remediate all beds on both sides of Indiana from W. Iliff to Alameda
- Remediate the internal beds (F1-12)
- Identify native areas needing rejuvenation
- Replace turf where the invasive Dwarf fountain grass has been active
- Replace dead evergreen trees
- Deep root fertilization of trees with iron chlorosis
For Fall 2023:
- Replace dead/dying deciduous trees.
- Prune dead branches from Evergreen trees.
- Monitor beds for dying plants and replace.
- Warranty items from the spring.
